| How do I receive mobile alerts? |
| To receive mobile alerts you must first confirm your phone number. To do this, click on the "confirm" link on the Alert Settings page. |
| Zannel supports the shortcode 58888 on the following US carriers: AT&T, Boost, Cellular One, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon and Virgin. |
| Note: Zannel does not charge you to use the service. However, standard carrier messaging rates will apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details. |
| How do I turn off alerts? |
| Text STOP to 58888 or reply STOP to any alert. You can also change these settings by clicking on the "Alert Settings" link under Account Settings. |
| How do I post an update (pic/video/text)? |
| For text updates, send an SMS to 58888. For media updates, click on post an update. Send a pic or video to the email address listed. |
| How do I turn the Family Filter off? |
| You must be 18+ and logged in. Click the "family filter is on" link (found on the bottom of all pages). Set filter to off and click save. |
| How do I make my Zannel private? |
| To make your Zannel private, login, go to Account Settings, then click on Privacy Settings. Select Private and click save. This will prevent users who aren't your friend from viewing your Zannel, leaving comments, and favoriting or following you. |
| How do I block a user? |
| To block a user, login, go to Account Settings, then click on Block User. Enter the username of the person you want to block and click "add". Blocked users will be unable to view your Zannel, leave comments or messages, and can't favorite or follow you. |
